Are you sabotaging your own success?

So, you're sabotaging your success, huh?

The vision you have for your future is cloudy at best and you're worried that if you set a clear one you'll never make it a reality, so you don't.

The message you sent without thinking about its impact on the other person because you were in a hurry.

The moment demanding your presence but you had other things on your mind more important than the relationship.

The fear you gave into that led you down a path of torturing yourself instead of taking one step forward.

The anxiety that kept you from asking for the money you deserved because you still don't believe you're worth it.

The time you wasted on all the things you don't need to do because you knew if you finally did the thing you knew could help you that you'd probably fail anyway, so why bother?

The emails you need to send but you'll do it tomorrow.

The calendar that's packed full of things that will just keep you busy.

The inbox you need to clean out, but when will you ever find the time?

The workout you promise yourself you'll do in the morning, but that extra glass of wine was necessary so...

The sleep you're not getting because your brain is on overdrive.

The relationship you aren't bothering to fix because it's too far gone anyway.

The business plan you keep putting off because you don't really believe you'll be successful anyway, so why put in the effort?

Should I keep going or are you feeling seen (or attacked)?

Most people believe that our fear of failure is what keeps us where we are, yet I have seen the fear of success keep most people frozen. Myself included.

I didn't create The Intuitive Audit workshop for you, I made it for myself because I am a master at creating a living hell for myself.

A place where I get stuck and can't move forward because I kept myself busy with all the wrong things. A place where I pretended to feel accomplished, yet spiraled out of control at the littlest pushback when I knew I was faking it.

Just four years ago, I was stuck in that living hell feeling as if I had no way out of it. I was grinding and hustling trying to figure out what the heck I wanted to do.

I had quit a successful branding agency that I built out of nothing only to fall into full-time speaking and speaker training because I wasn't totally sure which direction I wanted to go.

By the time the pandemic hit, I realized just how exhausted I was from all the pushing and "getting" while doing something I didn't really love.

That forced break as the world shut down also forced me to stop lying to myself when I hired a mentor who would help me see that my intelligence could only get me so far.

That's when I learned how to step more fully into the most powerful part of me: my intuition.

I began to listen to it, learn from it, and rely on it to guide me instead of the latest books, podcasts, and courses.

I began to see my intuition as a friend to sit with instead of a random voice popping in at inopportune times.

I began to know it as a reliable and supportive asset rather than asking everyone else for their opinions.

I began to trust myself and the direction my intuition was taking me, even if it felt totally crazy and uneducated by the world's standards.

Over the last few years, I've supported hundreds of humans in listening to their own intuition as I became a thought-partner and trusted advisor (some called me their Fairy Guidemother.)

I knew that whatever they decided to do, if they listened to their own intuition, they'd be successful.

And I knew that it wasn't my magic that was going to get them there, it was helping them find their own magic that would.

So, I'll ask you again: are you the one sabotaging your own success?

Well, I am here to tell you that there's a simple solution: deciding you're no longer interested in being the reason you aren't successful.

You are one decision away from a totally different life.

So, I'll invite you to block you calendar for 3 hours over the course of 2 days next week: August 21 & 22 from 1:30-3pm ET (10:30am-12pm PT)

This free two-part workshop (click here to register) was created to help you set up your life AND work to crush your goals, not your soul. Let's get you grounded and focused in ease and flow instead of hustle and grind.

Join us live for growth, community, and support in getting to where you want to be. Bring your questions, invite a friend or coworker, and get answers from your higher self. (I promise it'll be a lot more fun than doing it alone.)

[yes, a limited time replay will be available
but joining live is always best, so move those meetings]

I’m A LOT. No, really. I am a lot. I know it. I’m good with it. Since I arrived, I have been an overwhelming human to most who encounter me. I’ve been told that I’m too tall. That my hair looks ugly. That I just want to be the center of attention. That I get up too early. That I push myself too hard. That I’m too picky. That I’m too loud. That I talk too much. That I look masculine. That I’m too hard to love.I’ve heard it all. And I’ve repeated other people’s words to myself for far too many years....

I was chatting with a friend recently about how this year has been a lot. A LOT. It’s been the hardest year of my adult life by a long shot, yet it’s also been healing, full of beauty, and dripping in lessons. Although it’s been hard, I’ve become more myself this year than in any past years. My sense of self has solidified and I’ve stepped into being unapologetically me. So as I was sitting with my friend reflecting on all of this, we decided that 2024 has been "Awfully Wonderful." I love a...

Candler Oak in Savannah Georgia

I spent last week in Savannah with a client who’s shifting her focus from her successful career to the kind of business that brings her deep joy and adventure. We spent time shifting old patterns of scarcity, uncovering beautiful childhood memories, and painting a sunset in watercolor. The whole trip was truly remarkable. And then I came home to this: Huffiness over the Pantone color of the year being Mocha Mousse A health insurance CEO was assassinated in NYC The Canadian postal service is...
